OneNest is a trusted community platform that connects families with verified service providers including nannies, babysitters, cleaners, tutors, and other household services in Botswana. Our platform facilitates:

• Service provider listings and profiles
• Secure messaging between families and service providers
• Verification and background checking services
• Payment processing for services
• Community reviews and ratings

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

OneNest conducts background checks and verification processes for service providers. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided by users. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when engaging with service providers.

6. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers. OneNest may charge service fees for transactions. All fees are clearly disclosed before payment. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OneNest Botswana, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Botswana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
