Clarity for your community
Community terms
Understand how your information is used and what we expect from everyone who uses OneNest.
Using your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Company managers are responsible for the access they grant their team members.
Publishing and making arrangements
Describe listings accurately, including prices, availability and important conditions. You are responsible for the content you submit and for confirming the terms of an arrangement with another member. Do not publish content you do not have permission to use.
Reviews, fees and availability
Some listings are reviewed before appearing publicly. Where a publishing fee applies, it is shown in Botswana pula before submission and is separate from the price of the advertised item or service. Payment proof is reviewed before a paid listing is released. Editing a moderated listing may return it to review.
Care arrangements
A care enquiry begins a conversation about your household’s needs. It is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee that a particular professional is available. Discuss suitability, checks, duties, rates and arrangements with the care team before proceeding.
Respectful participation
Do not post scams, false claims, harassment, private information about other people or unlawful content. Reviews should describe your own experience. Use the reporting action on a listing to raise a concern. The OneNest team may restrict content or account access following a review.
Understanding verification
An identity-verification badge indicates that the relevant identity evidence has been reviewed. It does not guarantee a person’s services, qualifications, availability or a transaction. Ask questions and agree details before making payments or meeting in person.
