Clarity for your community
Your privacy on OneNest
Understand how your information is used and what we expect from everyone who uses OneNest.
The information you share
OneNest stores the account details, profiles, listings, uploads, applications, messages and activity you provide when using the service. This information supports your account, the connections you make, and the administration of the platform.
Public and private information
Discoverable profiles show your chosen professional details, location, skills and approved profile photo. Your email address, telephone number, identity documents and reference contacts are not published on your public profile. Authorised team members may review information relevant to their assigned work.
Applications and documents
When you apply for a job, you choose to share your application, contact details and supporting documents with the employer. OneNest preserves the version submitted with your application. Updating or removing a document from your profile does not rewrite that submission. Withdrawing an application removes the employer’s access to its protected documents through the platform; a copy already obtained outside the platform cannot be recalled.
Care enquiries and Mummycare
OneNest and Mummycare are distinct services. When you make a care request, you are asked to confirm that OneNest may share the request and your contact details with Mummycare to respond to your enquiry. Care requests are private. Administrative assignment notes are not shown publicly.
Messages, notifications and essential cookies
Your messages are available to the conversation participants through their authenticated accounts. OneNest uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Account messages, verification codes and password-reset messages help you access and secure your account. You can manage available communication preferences in your profile.
Account and privacy questions
Contact support to discuss your information, account access or a privacy request. Some records may need to be retained to preserve applications, review decisions, payment history or resolve a dispute. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity files through the general support form.
